Winning first place at the Google Developers ISIMa Hackathon was one of those moments that made the long debugging sessions feel worth it. It was a chance to work under pressure, make decisions quickly, and turn an idea into something presentable in a short amount of time.

Hackathons are different from normal projects because the technical work and the product thinking happen at the same time. You have to decide what matters, build the strongest version of it, and explain the value clearly to people who are seeing it for the first time.

What this win represents for me:

• Working fast without losing the main product idea
• Collaborating and communicating under time pressure
• Balancing implementation, presentation, and user value
• Building more confidence in public technical challenges

More than the ranking, the experience gave me a stronger sense of how to scope a project, defend technical choices, and keep momentum when the timeline is tight.
